I checked it out and picked up a pair of biker shades, a neck warmer, balaclava and gloves. They cost about EU5 each.
The shades are comfortable and effective. They’re a bit Bono-like, wrapping around but that’s okay. Helps keep out more wind.

The neck warmer (not pictured), balaclava and gloves are all made of hydrophylic Lycra exterior with soft fleece interior. Don’t really know what hydrophylic is but it feels nice – kind of silky.
